How is the delivery date calculated?
Landfall learns from your last 60 days of real deliveries — modelling processing time plus transit time per destination and carrier — so the date reflects how your store actually ships. There are no tables to type or lead times to guess.
What is promise-accuracy grading?
Every date shown is recorded, and once the parcel is delivered we compare it to the carrier's real delivery scan. Your accuracy score is the share of promises the parcel actually met — the number no other delivery-date app reports.
Where does the delivery date appear?
On the product page, cart and collection pages, plus the delivery checker, order-cutoff countdown and store-pickup blocks. It's all driven by a single shop metafield and rendered server-side.
Do I need to write any rules?
No. Landfall works the moment it reads your history. Override rules are optional — use them only for edge cases like a made-to-order line, a lane to pad, or a collection to hide.
Will the app slow down my storefront?
No. The core widget renders server-side in Liquid with no JavaScript and no layout shift, so there's no measurable performance impact. The only client script is an optional, anonymous analytics pixel you can disable.
Do you track my shoppers or store personal data?
No. Landfall holds Protected Customer Data at Level 0 — no names, emails, addresses or phone numbers. Analytics are aggregate, anonymous counts only, and the pixel can be turned off entirely.
Which carriers and markets are supported?
Landfall reads Shopify's own integrated-carrier delivery data and works with Shopify Markets for localisation — there are no third-party carrier keys to paste. Anything Shopify reports delivery data for, Landfall can learn from.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes — any Online Store 2.0 theme. You add Landfall's blocks in the theme editor; no code required — product page, collection, cart, delivery checker, order cutoff and store pickup.
