30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re charged for a Landfall subscription and you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked.

How billing works

• All subscriptions are billed by Shopify through the Shopify App Billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
• Paid plans include a 30-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends.
• The Free plan is free forever. We charge no commission on your orders or GMV.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the app’s Plans page; Shopify prorates changes automatically.

How to request a refund

Email connect@talonoid.com or message us on WhatsApp with your store URL and the charge date. We typically process refunds within 2 business days.

After a refund

When a subscription is cancelled, Landfall keeps your last-published delivery dates live on your storefront so shoppers aren’t left without information — it simply stops learning from new orders and refreshing those dates until you start a plan again.
